A: With proper application, our press-on nails can last 1–3 weeks with nail glue, or 1–3 days with adhesive tabs. The wear time depends on your daily activities and how well you prepare your nails before application.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to most countries (US, UK, AU, EU). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of 2 or more pairs. For single-pair orders, standard shipping rates apply based on your location.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Application & Removal
Q: How do I apply press-on nails correctly?
A: 1，Prep your nails: Clean with alcohol, file the surface lightly, and push back cuticles.
2，Choose the right size for each finger.
3，Apply adhesive tabs or a thin layer of nail glue to the back of the press-on nail.
4，Press firmly onto your natural nail for 10–15 seconds to secure.
Q: How do I remove press-on nails safely?
A: 1，Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes to loosen the glue/tabs.
2，Gently lift the edges of the nails with a cuticle pusher. Do not force or pry them off.
3，Clean any remaining glue from your natural nails with nail polish remover.
Q: Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
A: No, when applied and removed correctly, press-on nails will not damage your natural nails. Always follow our removal instructions and avoid picking or forcing them off.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns or exchanges for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request before sending items back.
Q: What if my nails arrive damaged or defective?
A: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: 1，If the return/exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
2，If the return/exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., sizing issues, style preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
